Hi, I'm Jen. As a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching's rigorous ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited Coach Training Program, I bring an ontological focus to support you in creating the life you want.
From my own experience with my coach, I can personally attest to the power of coaching to create deep, meaningful transformation.
In addition to coaching, I have a Master's degree in Women's Studies and am thrilled to bring my passion for creating change in women's lives to my coaching clients.
I was born and raised in the Boise area, but now consider myself a proud Spokanite. When I'm not coaching, you can usually find me running or sitting in the sunshine with a good book.
I believe that every day is a good day for champagne and have aspirations of being the "cool aunt" to our nieces and nephews. (I've given up on ever being anything more than "staff" to our two resident cats, though!)
"Through coaching, I came to embrace the idea that I am perfectly imperfect, just as I am, and this newfound ability to approach challenges knowing that I am already whole has been life-changing. I’m so grateful to Jen for this gift and would wholeheartedly recommend her life coaching for anyone seeking to grow or to create something new in their life!"
"Jen’s natural demeanor created a warm and safe environment for me to openly explore sometimes vulnerable concepts, allowing me to break through them and find confidence and trust in myself. Whether you are looking for life’s clarity or looking for someone to help you discover your next steps, Jen is the right person."
"Thank you for being an awesome coach. My mind and life has shifted for the good and I can't tank you enough. You do amazing work."
