We’ll open with a gentle yoga practice (no experience necessary; beginners welcome!), take a break to refuel (i.e. get snacks and a holiday beverage!) then transition into self-reflection and coaching to reconnect with what matters most this holiday season.

The topic of burnout is everywhere these days, and for good reason: between living in (and recovering from) a pandemic and mounting global and economic turmoil, it can be exhausting just trying to get through the day, let alone finding time for our wellbeing. As a coach, my job is helping people create the life they most want to be living (which does NOT include burnout!).
