Our beliefs show up in everything we do. And that’s not necessarily a bad thing, but unless we take the time to get clear on what those beliefs are, we’re living our lives based on unconscious narratives that might be keeping us from what we really want!

The topic of burnout is everywhere these days, and for good reason: between two+ years of pandemic living (that feel more like twenty) and mounting global and economic turmoil, it can be exhausting just trying to get through the day, let alone finding time for our wellbeing. As a coach, my job is helping people create the life they most want to be living (which does NOT include burnout!).
