As the year comes to a close, let's take time to look back and celebrate our achievements, honor our struggles, and create space and vision for the year ahead.
When we don't stop to consider where we've been, we can't see a clear way forward. We carry forward things left incomplete or undone that can hold us back and limit our progress. We end up repeating our mistakes and slipping back into patterns that no longer serve us.
So this year, let's be intentional about processing and bringing completion to our year. Through guided questions and reflections, we'll gain perspective and understanding on the year and create a path forward so we can step into our future with energy and intention.
Join me at the Year-End Completion workshop to pause, reflect, gain clarity and make space for new and awesome things to come your way! Together, we'll let go of the year that was to be able to step forward with renewed appreciation and strength.

The topic of burnout is everywhere these days, and for good reason: between living in (and recovering from) a pandemic and mounting global and economic turmoil, it can be exhausting just trying to get through the day, let alone finding time for our wellbeing. As a coach, my job is helping people create the life they most want to be living (which does NOT include burnout!). So, in hopes of bringing some peace, joy and LIFE back into your life, here are my top takeaways on overcoming burnout.

It was so much fun to be featured on this amazing podcast with my friends and fellow coaches, Erin Long and Jaclyn Easton! We chat about coaching, how we're socialized in ways that keep us playing small, and how to ditch "hustle culture" to get clear on the things that actually matter to us. Listen now!
