Have you ever:
If so, it probably means you’re a pro at being a people pleaser and spend most of your time and energy focused on putting other people’s needs and wants ahead of your own.
And unfortunately, you’re not alone! Women are socialized to:
But here’s the thing. Constantly trying to be someone you’re NOT (in an attempt to make others like you) just leaves you exhausted and burned out from trying to make other people comfortable at YOUR expense, and keeps you stuck in never-ending to-do lists because you’re spending all your time making sure that others will approve of what you’re doing.
If you’re ready to break out of the endless cycle of people pleasing and learn to stop seeking constant approval and validation from others, join me a FREE workshop: Letting Go of People Pleasing.
I’ll help you:

I'm thrilled to be partnering with Women of Avista to provide a Lunch and Learn on Overcoming Burnout! This is a topic I'm passionate about (see my article below!), so I'm excited to bring tools and resources to help Avista employees learn how to overcome and prevent burnout.
If this would be of value for a group or organization you're involved with, reach out, and let's talk about bringing a workshop or Lunch and Learn to help your colleagues!

The topic of burnout is everywhere these days, and for good reason: between two+ years of pandemic living (that feel more like twenty) and mounting global and economic turmoil, it can be exhausting just trying to get through the day, let alone finding time for our wellbeing. As a coach, my job is helping people create the life they most want to be living (which does NOT include burnout!). So, in hopes of bringing some peace, joy and LIFE back into your life, here are my top takeaways on overcoming burnout.
