a community of women finding transformation and possibility through the power of connection
...but you sometimes feel trapped living by a set of rules that weren't designed by (or for!) you
...but you still doubt and second-guess yourself and worry what others think of you
...but you also have moments of feeling stuck on "autopilot," just trying to get through the daily grind of endless "to do" lists
...but you struggle to find a place where you feel seen, heard and understood
...and reconnecting with what lights you up
...stepping off the hamster wheel of "should"s and centering your life around your core values and purpose
...when you're clear on who you are and what your purpose is, you show up authentically as your whole self and stop playing small or worrying that you're "too much"
...weekly training videos and personalized content to help you step into the life you most want to be living, plus tools, support and accountability to help you actually get there
...building community with other like-minded women to learn from, share and grow together
During the program, we'll:
There is power and wisdom in community, so I intentionally designed Kaleidoscope as a group program because when women come together to learn from, share and empower each other, there’s nothing we can’t do!
I'm an English major (and huge grammar nerd!), and I love the power of words to help us understand our stories and connect with others.
I also have a Master's degree in Women's Studies, and I'm passionate about helping women unlearn the limiting stories and beliefs holding them back, so they can be their true, brilliant selves and create a life that lights them up.
that a group of butterflies is called a "kaleidoscope," I knew it had to be the name of this program. Because not only does kaleidoscope mean "a succession of changing phases or actions" (my inner English major is geeking out about how perfectly that aligns with what coaching offers!), but the association with butterflies also represents the changes I see in my clients as they break free from the confines (cocoons!) of their social conditioning and limiting narratives to step into the full expressions of their authentic selves, purpose and passion.

All of the group sessions will be recorded and available for members.
Please commit to attend at least 4 of the group calls.
Kaleidoscope is intentionally designed as a small group experience, so will not exceed 6 participants.
Group calls are an amazing way to experience coaching and create connections, even if you are nervous about speaking up or getting coached in front of others. For one, there are benefits to watching someone else get coached. You can gain insight and awareness simply by being present. Secondly, it’s a great space to expand your comfort zone in a safe, supportive environment.
I believe in the power and wisdom that's created when women come together, and I can't wait for you to get to experience it in this program!
(But if you feel that 1-on-1 coaching would be a better fit for you, check out my Unstoppable program.)
You know your financial situation better than I do. But, as a coach, I know that it's easy for us to let money keep us from doing things that are important to us, because it feels safer than stepping outside our comfort zone. It’s also pretty common for us to turn away from things that support our wellbeing, because, as women, we've been told that it's "selfish."
Before you decide that cost is a reason to NOT join this program, I want to challenge you to consider a few things:
That being said, I want to acknowledge that access to resources is a privilege, and we don’t all have equal access to it. If you absolutely don’t see how this would be possible for you, please book a call with me so we can discuss it and find a way to make it work.
Everything you want in an e-mail: helpful, interesting, infrequent!
